certain aspects of the neon trend are way too reminiscent of debbie gibson circa 1985. do you remember the hot pink or lime green spandex, wrist bands and plastic jewelry? however, there are some neon fashion finds that are fabulous and easy to integrate into your wardrobe.
neon skinnies – these j brand ankle jeans come in 4 shades of neon (pink, blue, purple and yellow) and look really cute with a basic, solid top. think about how many different tops you currently own that would look great with these pants; a white v-neck tee, a black tank, a grey and white striped dolman sleeved top, a navy silk blouse…the list goes on.
j brandneon blazer – the concept of “neon” is to add a pop of color to your outfit. a blazer is perfect because it’s so versatile. add a neon blazer to jeans to dress up your look or pair the blazer with a little black dress to give your outfit pizazz.
rag and boneneon shoes – whether your taste is pumps or flats, sandals or loafers, you can find a pair of neon shoes. sure, they’ll make a statement but worn with a monochromatic outfit, you’ll easily add some life into your look. we love combining neon footwear with feminine styles and fabrics. it’s a fun way to add a rock n roll vibe to your girlish getup.
